Herschel “Tim” Parker is an accomplished operations leader with a successful history of building, mentoring, and empowering top-performing teams.

Over the past few decades, Tim has developed a broad business acumen, including Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO), supplier and customer contract negotiations, and business development.

From 1995 to 2010, Tim led teams on the frontline in lean manufacturing, operations, engineering, and long-term strategic planning. Since 2010, Tim has focused his skills at the corporate and business segment levels, creating and executing global manufacturing and operations strategies for executives at Goodrich, United Technologies, Flowserve, and Carrier Corporation.

Tim has launched Herschel Parker Consulting, focusing on manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. From tactical client needs such as improving supplier on-time delivery (OTD) & quality to more strategic needs that involve bringing multidisciplinary experts together to resolve complex challenges, Tim is the expert to bring onboard.
